EDI File Transfer is the capability for sending and receiving files to and from Medicare and other trading partners with ClaimShuttle. File types supported include 837 Professional and Institutional claims, 276 Claim Status Requests, and any other file type a trading partner supports.
Obtain eligibility and benefits information for your Medicare beneficiaries in seconds using information from the patient's Health Insurance Card. Eligibility checking is performed with a simple web browser screen. ClaimShuttle generates a real-time 270 transaction to CMS and they return a 271 within seconds. The request and response are formatted in an easy to read benefits grid for your use.

Pricing is $15.00 per month, for a bundle of 3 users, to access FISS/DDE (Part A), PPTN (Part B), and DME Claim Status Inquiry (DME CSI, "SAME-OR-SIMILAR" inquiries). Additional users are priced at a flat rate of $10.00 per month, per user.
To sign up for EDC Access, customers must also be subscribed to EDI File Transfer Service, which includes the eligibility inquiry feature at no additional cost.

Secure File Storage provides an online storage area for the files you send and receive via ClaimShuttle. Files are stored at least temporarily in this storage area where workflow rules let you control the destination for your files. The default setup is simple and perfect for almost everyone: an Outbox folder for dropping off claims and Inbox folder for picking up reports and remittances.
