How SolAce EMC Works

How do you use SolAce EMC

It is easy to get started using SolAce EMC. Visit the Sign Up area for instant account setup. Then, access the Start page, click the big "S" icon, and sign in to SolAce EMC.

Once you get signed in to your account you will be at the File Manager screen. This screen lets you manage all your claims in batches.

If you want to enter claims right away you can choose from direct data entry of HCFA-1500 or UB-92 claims by clicking the New button on the File Manager.

You can also view your electronic EOBs in the familiar Medicare-style paper EOB format from the File Manager.

If you want to import claims from print files or CSV data files you will need to setup your billing providers on the Setup/Providers screen, then map your file on the Setup/Maps screen. If you want to import your claims from NSF or UB92 v6.0 files you can go straight to the File menu for those options.

Open a batch via the File Manager screen to use the Batch and Claim Editors. The familiar forms and editor screens combined with a patient and provider database will speed up claims entry, and ensure HIPAA compliant transmissions for even the most complex payer and provider ID requirements. SolAce EMC has thousands of built-in edit checks to ensure your claims are accurately submitted for timely payment based on the payer's requirements and your medical specialty.

The Message Center screen provides a unified interface to all your connections, whether you are using direct, clearinghouse, or both submission methods. SolAce EMC sorts and routes your claims for you, automatically transmitting your claims and picking up reports from the payers. All your reports show up in one spot for you to view and print. ERAs and acknowledgments are automatically processed and reflected on the File Manager screen.
